DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (essential functions of position):
o Produce quality components whereas operational one or a lot of machines at established production standards.
o Do all setups within the department.
o Work on new and existing CNC programs.
o use SPC strategies to confirm the standard of production, as well as in-process charting, capability studies, and set-up studies pro re nata.
o Reset tooling, and/or build offsets and changes, as needed.
o Perform routine maintenance on machines to take care of optimum performance.
o Assist the world in reducing scrap and retread.
o Monitors run to confirm consistent quality components ar being produced; performs troubleshooting to resolve issues; changes tooling pro re nata
o Uses measure devices and blueprints to examine components for tolerance and visually inspects surface for look and alternative potential issues. might use applied mathematics method management.
o Improve producing processes by analyzing processes to work out a lot of economical strategies or techniques; improve processes to enhance quality
o Develop applied mathematics method management plans for producing
o Define method management arrange, establish limits, guarantee implementation, and review results and confirm corrective action.
o Install tooling and created producing jobs. Perform initial created of the job; mount fixtures and install tooling; analyze and rectify method.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, expertise AND
Qualifications:
o 2-4 yrs. machine technology degree or equivalent work expertise
o 4-8 yrs. of direct swiss machining work expertise
o Ability to line up new components following blue print directions.Optimize machine to confirm daily goals and production is met.
o Understand a way to scan, write and edit G & M Codes.
o Understand tooling needs to set-up and operate machines within the department, as well as choose and align tooling, fixtures and attachments for machining.
o Touch off tools and build offsets.Ability to troubleshoot effectively and expeditiously with very little (if any) steerage from cause avoid period of time of machines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
