Independent School District seeking school nurse to provide services 5 days per week during school hours and days. Currently, one student is needing clinic nurse, classroom feeding, riding the bus, provide clinical oversight, etc. May accept an LVN or RN.
Other duties include: Tracheostomy therapy and care, ventilator-dependent care, enteral and parenteral nutrition, central line access and care, wound care, glucose monitoring, medication administration and monitoring, assessment programming and tracking, and case management.
