4K a year SUMMARY Works with an assigned sales team and performs the following duties:
Request new business from existing customers and make customers aware of LGS Technologies capabilities.
Work with Outside Sales Representatives to meet new business development objectives.
Follow up on all quotes within one week of issuance.
Assists sales team and quality on compiling data to quickly disposition the CCR's and MRB's.
Respond to customer inquiries related to delivery, quality, documentation, etc.
, within 24 hours of receipt.
Informs Outside Sales Representatives of major events related to existing accounts.
Responsible for adhering to quote /cost markup guidelines provided by Office Manager Work closely with Purchasing/Materials Department to minimize dead and slow-moving raw material and finished goods.
Coordinate order entry activity.
All orders entered within 24 hours of receipt.
Coordinate flow of paperwork through purchasing, scheduling, production, and shipping to support shipment objectives.
Thoroughly review terms and conditions of customer purchase orders.
(Contract Review) Request Estimators assist Contract Review Process.
Initiate and return phone calls, promptly.
Monitor the finished goods inventory monthly, with the assistance of the team salesperson to assure quality, quantity, shelf life and validity of the accuracy of the part number(s).
Provide Proof of Delivery upon request.
Daily Checks for delinquent orders and quotes.
Provide confirmation with customers the status via fax, phone or e-mail and updates the computer system with the information.
Coordinates information between warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, engineering, and quality when customer requirements are unclear or questioned.
Quote price and delivery with the assistance of a salesperson, estimator team member or management.
This position could have assigned accounts.
Perform other job duties as requested.
Working Hours Monday-Thursday 8:
