WHAT WILL YOU DO? As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple customers while maintaining exceptional service to our clients.
Maintain a positive customer relationship by addressing all inquiries, complaints, and dissatisfaction related to work-orders, invoicing, shipments, and inventory.
Generate, process, and verify all necessary paperwork and information for customer work orders, ensuring the accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.
Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customers, and follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
Provide assistance to drivers at the check-in window multiple times throughout the day.
Research discrepancies that may occur in the shipping and receiving process.
Cross-train in other admin functions to support the site and promote associate development.
WHAT DO YOU BRING? 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity Prior experience in a logistics/distribution or relevant environment.
Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications and WMS functions.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime including weekends as needed.
Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
