We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our thriving engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
You will be tasked with developing processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
This role requires a deep understanding of ISO standards, Lean methodology, Six Sigma principles, and Process Development.
With a minimum of 3
years of experience in a similar role, you will be adept at managing and improving the efficiency of our production lines while ensuring a safe and productive working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a plant manager in the engineering industry Proven managerial experience Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources) Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes Computer literacy Ability to create accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills BS degree in Business Management or related field Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools Advanced skills in MS Office Organizational and leadership abilities Problem-solving aptitude BSc/Ba in Business Administration or relevant field Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality ControlInterested in hearing more?
