Be responsible for handling employee resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze exit data to gain insight to improve retention.
Implement and improve employee transfer process (including promotion, transfer, demotion, etc.
), review the probation review and approval, and recommend post probation actions to department heads.
Effective work knowledge of HRIS system, maintain organization structure and provide monthly HRIS report and other HR data reports.
Manage the employee insurance and benefit programs, including monthly 401K data submission.
Work with other HR teams to effectively handle employee complaints and address their concerns and other labor disputes when the issues arise.
Job Qualifications Bachelor degree in human resources/administration/business administration and other related majors More than 3 years of human resources related work experience in manufacturing enterprises Familiar with HRIS system, familiar with key HR subject areas, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, reward & recognition.
Proficient in using computer office software Chinese language a plus, but not required.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, familiar with employment risk management.
