Alpha Medical Center is a one stop shop for all basic healthcare needs, where our area of focus is not only primary care/internal medicine, but we also have an inhouse lab, x-ray, echocardiograms, ultrasounds, opioid dependency, medical weight management, just to name a few of the services we offer.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide overall support for multiple Physicians and office operations.
Check patients in/out for examination.
Update electronic medial records.
Obtaining records from referring physicians.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Patient education Scheduling of tests, treatments, and obtaining prior authorizations.
Triage telephone calls for referral to physician.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience preferred eClinicalWorks experience preferred Good transportation is a must.
